Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of any signs of wear or makeup marks.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
